Sophie completed a PhD at the University of Melbourne in 2011.
Her biostatistical research interests are statistical methods for analysing ordinal outcomes measured in families, pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic models of anti-malarial drugs, and analysing data from epidemiological studies investigating gene-environment interactions.
